The Mountain Heart Collective

The Mountain Heart Collective represents the heart of our creative community space. It encompasses our Regenerative Humanity Coffee House and Café, our Wellness Center, Community Gardens, collaborative projects, and every individual who breathes life into this essential hub of creativity.

Driven by passion and purpose, we invite you to visit and witness the transformative energy of people dedicated to serving humanity and building community—fostering wellness and a quality of life that everyone deserves.

Our mission is to uplift others so profoundly that they begin to embrace a higher vibration of self-awareness and love throughout their daily lives. Our vision centers on promoting food sovereignty and equity by cultivating food together, for the community, with the aim of providing nourishing meals accessible to anyone who walks in, regardless of price—because no one should go hungry, and every person deserves clean, organic food.

Through our wellness initiatives, we strive to make preventative, holistic, and high-quality care accessible to all. This means providing alternative healthcare options that often remain out of reach—even for those with insurance—as a vital step beyond primary care, empowering individuals to take charge of their own health and vitality for lasting well-being.

Welcome to the Mountain Heart Wellness Studio, where you can join us for yoga, workshops, and our Quality-of-Life Community Clinic.

Current Quality-of Life Clinic offerings include acupuncture, bodywork, energy work, gut health and nutrition support, music therapy, and cranial sacral therapy.

Sweet Monk Flavors are made of ripe heart beets, soul shine, moon beams of Love that build like dewdrops, heavy, ready to drown the tops of our plant allies, and bound 💫 to roll off our wings in the exhale of the great unknown; flavors of life that are derived from the divine essence of creation being breathed through us like a warm fire within the fabric of this universal community. ….
